I have been a customer for years and needless to say their products are very good and the customer service is lovely! The only thing that left me a little perplexed was the delivery. Generally on time, the last little delivery will be a little less so.. The courier didn't wait and I had to go and retrieve my order at an NL point. Nothing serious, it can happen. However, customer service helped me immediately and I was able to take advantage of my products within a few days.
