Delivery was faster than anticipated, hot shoes ! Much better than those typical of the "great" manufacturing hub countries.
However in my case, the admittedly comically long zipper had glue applied with a certain lack of agility which made it adhere between the sheet and the zipper itself rendering the zip mechanism unable to zip through ! Well, i just very carefully cut the glue with a good knife, and all worked out in the end. Was scary for a moment !
I'm still happy with the purchase ! -

Achtung bei Retouren!!! Für die Rückgabe der Stiefel (Grösse nicht passend) 32 Euro Kosten, 20 Euro für Versand, durch den Käufer zu zahlen, + knapp 12 Euro Gebühren ???. Nicht kundenfreundlich, das ist Abzocke. Nie wieder!!!

Our terms and conditions page states that the fee for certain payment providers is not refunded when a return is made.
For the return shipping costs, we offer a discounted return label via our return portal that is sent in reply to your return request. Unfortunately, you have not created a return label via our return portal, so we cannot control which courier you are going to choose and how much you are going to pay if we can offer you a good price on our return labels.
A total of €11,69 has been deducted from your refund; these are the Klarna fees as mentioned in our terms and condition
