    Edit 8-4 als reactie op jullie:
    Ik heb op 30 maart al een mail gestuurd dat het pakket niet is afgeleverd, ondanks dat het via de track and trace wel aangegeven wordt. Inmiddels ook al via de mail contact met jullie gehad.

    Dank voor je review. Wij hebben zojuist de track and trace gecontroleerd en de zending is 27 maart bij u geleverd. Wij hebben zowel telefonisch als via de mail niks van u vernomen dat u het pakketje niet zou hebben ontvangen. Zonder bericht kunnen wij helaas niks voor u betekenen.     Ik kreeg een verkeerd product gestuurd ( kleine versie ipv grote). Kan gebeuren. Ze hebben dit prima en snel opgelost. Nette en snelle communicatie.

    Graag gedaan, nogmaals excuus voor het verkeerde product. (verkeerde barcodes in het systeem zijn wel eens lastig inderdaad) het is nu aangepast en zou dus niet meer mogen gebeuren.

    One of my products arrived open and wasn’t full. When I attempted to tell customer service about it they rudely responded that that’s not possible and by fault of my own the seal must have broken. I was told I could send back the product unused and pay for the return costs myself. I found this very unhelpful and bad customer service. I didn’t bother sending the shampoo back as it wasn’t full and I had no interest in being denied a refund for returning a “used” product even though I wasn’t the one who used it. Threw the product away. Shame. Shipping was fast though.

    We are sorry to hear that you had concerns about the product you received. As we already clarified, we only sell new and unused products.

    With this particular Bounce Curl shampoo, it can sometimes happen that the inner seal loosens slightly when the cap is twisted open. In those cases the seal usually remains inside the cap, which can make it appear as if the product was already opened while the product itself has not been used.

    If there is any doubt about a product, we always offer the option to return the item unused so we can inspect it and handle the return according to our return policy. Unfortunately, this inspection is only possible when the product is returned to us.

    Die Bestellung war sehr sehr schnell bei mir, obwohl es nach Deutschland ging.
    Auch habe ich sehr lange nach meinem Lieblingsshampoo gesucht und wurde hier fündig. Bin sehr zufrieden.

    A nice product that elevated my hair routine. Good for low porosity hair in combination with a protein conditioner.
    Ordering from Germany was also not problematic at all, everything went smooth.
