Thanks for your clarification. I'm Nik, the owner of the company. Last Friday I saw your email conversation with our Logistic Manager. We internally discussed it and we came to the conclusion that we had misunderstood the situation. It has been very busy last week and some cases have been treated too quick.
But I believe in the end the situation was solved last Friday, right? We said sorry to you and a refund has been made.
Shipping costs are unfortunately very high for one product to the other side of Europe. That's why we in case of damage or a mistake can only work with a refund.
So I hope you can reconsider your rating. 2 stars because 1 product came in the wrong colour (and the others were ok), feels a bit harsh to us.
